Misfit : Ray
The Misfit Ray is a fitness tracker that doesn’t look like a fitness tracker, which is one of the features I love the most about it. Most fitness watches do not cater for style or design, but the Ray looks like a bracelet so it can be worn with any outfit and won’t look out of place.
Aside from its stylish design, the Ray also enticed me with its battery life- the batteries do not need changing for six months! Whilst most other fitness trackers usually need recharging every few hours or days, the Ray has eliminated that headache and doesn’t make you worry about it for half a year.
The Ray automatically tracks steps, distance, calories and your sleep schedule. These help improve your amount of activity throughout the day, and another snazzy little feature it provides is the vibration alerts. If you have been inactive for a long period of time, the bracelet will vibrate as a reminder for you to get up and do some form of exercise.
The vibration feature also applies for your sleep schedule, as the bracelet will track your average sleep time, and if you oversleep it will buzz to wake you up and motivate you to get your day started.
Additionally, the Misfit is swim proof, so you can keep it on whilst swimming to gather stats on your swimming session and how it helped your body.
Although the £80 price tag may seem steep, if you, like me want to track your general activity throughout the day and see statistics on your fitness levels, but also not want to wear a tracker that is very obvious and takes away from your style, then the Misfit Ray is the fitness tracker for you.
It’s in-depth statistic coverage and stylish design make it a well-balanced fitness bracelet, and one that should be your first choice in this field.
